Your Tour Includes: Roundtrip motorcoach transportation, 3 night's lodging, 6 meals, attractions as highlighted in the itinerary, luggage handling for one suitcase per person, hotel taxes, taxes and gratuities on the included meals, the services of the Cyr Northstar Tour Director and tour planning services.

Payment & Reservations: A deposit of $200 per person is required to confirm reservations and is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due by January 4, 2019.

February 8th - Choice of: Filet of Trout with Lobster Sauce served with Rice & Vegetables; or Pasta Duo of Cannelloni au Gratin & Spaghettini with Meat Sauce, or Escalope of Chicken with a Mustard & Tarragon Sauce served with Rice & Vegetables.
February 9th - Choice of: Chicken Supreme Served with Mushroom Sauce, Veal Marengo, Poached Salmon with White Wine, Boeuf Bourgignon, or Spaghetti with Meat Sauce

Day 1 - Friday, February 8

A morning departure will bring you to the beautiful city of Quebec. Upon arrival, you will have free time for lunch and to visit the many shops and markets. Check into your hotel, The Concorde Hotel, located in Quebec City on the Grande Allee. Dinner is included this evening at la Vieille Maison du Spaghetti. (meal options listed below). After dinner, you will visit the Winter Carnival site with your local guide. You will also receive your "Passport to the Carnaval" an effigy in the likeness of Bonhomme Carnaval.

Day 2 - Saturday, February 9

Breakfast is included at your hotel before departing on a Quebec City Winter Tour, which will include, The Plains of Abraham, The Joan of Arc Garden, Old Quebec, Place Royale, and more. Next you will have some free time for lunch in Old Quebec. This afternoon you will visit the Ste-Anne Basilica and the Copper Shop. Tonight, dinner will be included at Café de Paris. (meal options listed below). After dinner you will enjoy the Carnival Parade, which is only a short walk from your restaurant.

Day 3 - Sunday, February 10

Breakfast is included at your hotel before departing on a Guided Tour of the first and only true Ice Hotel in North America. Lunch and time on your own to visit and explore Old Quebec before and included dinner this evening at restaurant L'En-Tailleur.

Day 4 - Monday, February 11

Breakfast is included at your hotel before departing for home with wonderful memories of your tour to the Winter Carnival!
