Day 1 – Saturday, September 24 – A morning departure will start this scenic to the Southwest of the United States.  Travels today take you to Utica, New York where dinner is included at a local restaurant.

Day 2 – Sunday, September 25Breakfast is included at your hotel.  Travels today take you to the Drury Inn in Columbus, Ohio.

Day 3 – Monday, September 26Breakfast is included at your hotel.  Today, journey to Hannibal, Missouri where you will check into the Best Western Mark Twain Inn.  This evening, enjoy an included dinner cruise on the Mississippi River.

Day 4 – Tuesday, September 27Breakfast is included at your hotel.    This morning, enjoy a visit to the Mark Twain Boyhood Home & Museum.  Next, continue on your journey to your hotel in Topeka, Kansas.  Dinner is included at a local restaurant.

Day 5 – Wednesday, September 28Breakfast is included at your hotel.  Your travels today take you to Colorado Springs, CO.  Upon arrival, check into the Drury Hotel.

Day 6 – Thursday, September 29Breakfast is included at your hotel. This morning, enjoy a guided tour of Garden of the Gods, where you will see the natural rock formations of this registered landmark.  Next, enjoy a tram ride to the top of Pike Peak and enjoy the beautiful views.   This afternoon, visit Royal Gorge featuring one of the highest suspension bridges in the world. Dinner is included at a local restaurant this evening.

Day 7 – Friday, September 30Breakfast is included at your hotel before departing for Santa Fe, New Mexico.  Upon arrival, enjoy an included lunch at a local restaurant before departing on a guided tour of the city to include Lorettta Chapel.  This afternoon, make your way to Albuquerque, New Mexico and check into the Marriott HotelDinner is included at a local restaurant.

Day 8 – Saturday, October 1Breakfast is included at your hotel.  This morning, arrive at the Albuquerque Balloon Festival, where you will enjoy the morning mass ascension of Balloons, a launch of all the participating balloons have been a feature of Balloon Fiesta since its earliest days and is the most spectacular display of sound and color in all of aviation. During mass ascensions, balloons launch in two waves. Launch directors, also known as zebras because of their black-and-white-striped outfits, serve as traffic cops, coordinating the launch so balloons leave the field in a safe and coordinated manner. Weather permitting, balloons begin to launch at about 7:00 AM on mass ascension days, led by a balloon flying the American flag to the strains of The Star Spangled Banner.  Next, visit the Turquoise Museum, its collection of turquoise have been used as a source of information and pictures for over 40 years. Uncover the mystery of turquoise, delve into its’ rich history, learn about the different mines, specimens, and stories of colorful characters.  This afternoon, enjoy a sightseeing tour of the Albuquerque’s Historic District including a visit to the Pueblo Cultural Center.

Day 9 – Sunday, October 2Breakfast is included at your hotel.  This morning, enjoy a tram ride to the top of Sandia Peak for spectacular views of surrounding area.  Next, continue with a guided tour along the historic Route 66Lunch is included at the Route 66 Diner before visiting the Anderson & Abruzzo International Balloon Museum dedicated to the worldwide history, science, and art of all types of ballooning and lighter-than-air flight. Dinner is included at a local restaurant before enjoying the evening Balloon Glow.

Day 10 – Monday, October 3Breakfast is included at your hotel before departing for Oklahoma City.  Upon arrival, check into your hotel the Springhill Suites.  Tonight, dinner is included at a local restaurant.

Day 11 – Tuesday, October 4Breakfast is included at your hotel.  Travels today take you to the Holiday Inn Select  in Memphis, Tennessee.

Day 12 – Wednesday, October 5Breakfast is included at your hotel.  Travel today to Abington, Virginia.  Dinner is included at a local restaurant followed by an evening production at the Historic Barter Theater.

Day 13 – Thursday, October 6Breakfast is included at your hotel.  Travel today to the Holiday Inn in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania where dinner is included at your hotel.

Day 14 – Friday, October 7 – After an included breakfast depart for home with fond memories of your tour.

Your Tour Includes:  Roundtrip motorcoach transportation, 13 night’s lodging, 24 meals, attractions as highlighted in the itinerary, luggage handling for one suitcase per person, hotel taxes, taxes and gratuities on the included meals, the services of a Cyr Northstar Tour Director and tour planning services.

Payment & Reservations:  A deposit of $200 per person is required to confirm reservations and is due at the time of booking.  Final payment is due by August 1, 2016.
