BBQ Trails of Tennessee

Day 1 - Tuesday, June 4 - A morning departure today begins your travels to Tennessee. Your destination today will be Stamford, CT. Your hotel for the night will be the Hampton Inn & Suites. Dinner is included this evening at The Boatyard at Smokey Joe's.

Day 2 - Wednesday, June 5 - Breakfast is included at your hotel before departure. Todays' travels will take you to Roanoke, VA, where you will check in to your hotel for the night, the Home 2 Suites. Dinner is included at the Golden Corral.

Day 3 - Thursday, June 6 - Breakfast is included before you depart for Nashville, TN. This afternoon you will visit the Johnny Cash Museum and then have an included dinner at the Peg Leg Porker. You will then check in to your hotel for the next two nights, the Drury Plaza Hotel Nashville Franklin. Tonight you will have free time to explore the nightlife in Nashville!

Day 4 - Friday, June 7 - Breakfast is included at your hotel before you meet your guide and depart on the BBQ and Bourbon Foodie Adventure. Learn the stories behind two of Nashville's most popular culinary destinations! You'll go behind the scenes to get a taste of the best of the Music City on this tour. After the tour, you will return to the hotel and have free time and dinner on your own on Honky Tonk Row.

Day 5 - Saturday, June 8 - Breakfast is included at your hotel before checking out. Todays travels will bring you to Memphis, TN. You will have an included lunch at Central BBQ; voted the #1 BBQ in Memphis. After lunch, you will visit the Danny Thomas/ ALSAC Pavillion; a tribute to the founder of ST. Jude Children's Hospital. Then you will experience the legendary Sun Studio, the birthplace of Rock N Roll. It is the discovery location of the musical legends and genres of the 50's from B.B King and Elvis Presley to Johnny Cash and Jerry Lee Lewis; from Blues and Gospel to Country and Rock N Roll. The next stop is the Edge Motor Museum, home to "American Speed" an exhibit featuring the evolution of the American Sports car. You will get to see the famous Peabody Duck March. Nearly 90 years after the inaugural march, the ducks still visit the lobby fountain from 11-5 each day. This will take you to your hotel for two nights, the Springhill Suites Memphis Downtown. Dinner is included at the BB King's Blues Club. The original open in Memphis in 1991 and has remained a favorite of locals and visitors alike. After dinner you will have free time to experience Beale Street.

Day 6 - Sunday, June 9 - Breakfast is included at your hotel this morning. Today you will enjoy the Elvis Experience at Graceland! You will have a audio-guided tour, see Elvis's Two custom airplanes, the Presley Motor Car Museum and much more. You will have lunch on your own while at Graceland. After lunch, you will go to the Stax Museum of American Soul Music. This afternoon, see the Pink Palace Mansion at the Museum of Science and History27. The Pink Palace Mansion is home to a world of Memphis and Mid-South History. This Evening you will have an included dinner at Blues CIty Cafe where you will get a traditional Memphis BBQ with live music that pays tributes to Johnny Cash, Elvis, Jerry Lee Lewis and Many More! You will return to your hotel and have Free time on Beale Street.

Day 7 - Monday, June 10 - Breakfast is included at your hotel this morning before departing for Newport, Kentucky. This Morning you will visit the Tina Turner Museum & West Tennessee Delta Heritage Museum. You will have a guided tour of the museum that was a former one-room schoolhouse attended by a young Anna Mae Bullock a.k.a Tina Turner that is now home to a collection of the " Queen of Rock's" memorabilia. This evening you will go to BB Riverboats for a included Captain's Dinner Cruise. After you will check into your hotel for the night Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Newport on the River.

Day 8 - Tuesday, June 11 - Breakfast is included at your hotel before you start your travels to Cleveland, OH. This afternoon you will visit the Cleveland Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. This evening you will check into your hotel for the night the Hampton Inn Cleveland-Downtown. Dinner is included tonight at Margaritaville.

Day 9 - Wednesday, June 12 - Breakfast is included at your hotel this morning before departing for Albany, Ny. This Evening Dinner is included at the Warehouse Grill & BBQ. After dinner you will check into your hotel for the night the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Albany Airport.

Day 10 - Thursday, June 13 - Breakfast is included at your hotel this morning before departing for home with wonderful memories of your tour to Tennessee.
