Day 1 – Thursday, April 14 – An early morning departure will bring you to the Crown Plaza Hotel in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Upon arrival, enjoy a get-acquainted dinner at your hotel.
Day 2 – Friday, April 15 – Breakfast is included at your hotel before departing for Washington, D.C. Upon arrival, enjoy a visit to Mount Vernon, where you will have a guided tour of the estate and final resting place for George Washington. This afternoon depart for the Hilton Hotel in McLean, Virginia where the group will have free time before departing for an evening at an Embassy. Enjoy an included dinner while you enjoy a presentation about their country (exact Embassy is to be determined).
Day 3 – Saturday, April 16 – Breakfast is included at your hotel. This morning, enjoy the Cherry Blossom Parade from your reserved seats. The Cherry Blossom Festival marks the celebration of the original gift of the 3,000 cherry trees by the city of Tokyo to the people of Washington, D.C. in 1912. After the parade, enjoy a visit to The Newseum, the only interactive museum of news. Continue on with a guided tour to include the World War II Memorial, The Vietnam Veterans Memorial, The Lincoln Memorial, The Korean War Memorial, drive by Embassy Row and the Washington National Cathedral. Dinner is included this evening at a local restaurant (please make meal selection below).
Day 4 – Sunday, April 17 – After an included breakfast, enjoy a morning of sightseeing which will include a photo opportunity of the White House, a stop at the Franklin D Roosevelt Memorial, The Jefferson Memorial and the new Martin Luther King Jr. National Memorial. Next, enjoy a visit to your choice of the Smithsonian Institution Museums. This afternoon, enjoy a walk-through of the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts followed by a drive by of the Air Force Memorial and the Marine Corps War Memorial. Next, visit Arlington National Cemetery via Tram, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Changing of the Guard, Challenger Memorial, Kennedy Graveside and Lee Mansion. Dinner is included this evening at a local restaurant (please make your meal selection below).
Day 5 – Monday, April 18 – Breakfast is included at your hotel before departing on a guided tour of the Capital Visitor Center, Library of Congress and more. This afternoon, bid farewell to Washington, D.C. as you start your journey home. A farewell dinner is included this evening at your hotel, the Crown Plaza Hotel in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
Day 6 – Tuesday, April 19 – After an included breakfast, depart for home with wonderful memories of your tour to Our Nation’s Capital.

Your Tour Includes: Roundtrip motorcoach transportation, 5 night’s lodging, 10 meals, attractions as highlighted in the itinerary, luggage handling for one suitcase per person, hotel taxes, taxes and gratuities on the included meals, the services of a Cyr Northstar Tour Director and tour planning services.
Payment & Reservations: A deposit of $200 per person is required to confirm reservations and is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due by February 14, 2016.

Meal Choice: April 16th – Broiled Salmon, Chicken Marsala, Mushroom Risotto, NY Strip Steak or Blackened Mahi Mahi. April 17th – Woodoven Atlantic Salmon, BBQ Baby-Back Ribs, Homemade Beef, Veal & Pork Meatloaf, Chicken Paillard, Black Angus Sirloin or Vegetable Lasagna.
